UC Barrett Center 3rd Floor Addition: The UC Health Barrett Center 3rd Floor Addition Mechanical scope includes a custom built 80 Tons roof assembled Air Handling Unit. The AHU has a fan array method with 6 fans for the supply and 6 for the return, it has also has a Steam Preheat Coil, Chilled water coil, UV Section and a Humidification section. The Mechanical Room has 2 heat exchangers, 2 hot water pumps, 2 chilled water pumps, Steam Pressure Reducing station and a condensate pump. The space has a ducted Supply and Return.
